I wondered how long before someone took this a evidence that Rossi/Ducati are now on track. I didn't have to wait long did I?

For those of you unable to actually analyse ANYTHING for yurselves, Rossi is still about 23sec off the end of Stoner (and 30sec off Spies today) which is pretty much where he has been all season.

Had Binacelli not done his stuff (again) Rossi would have (again) been 6th.

While I expect better at Mugello as a one off, I still have not seen anything today or this weekend that suggests Ducati has made any real step forward.

Spies was leading when Simoncelli crashed, Spies also had the fastest lap of the race, anyone who thinks this win was not earned is just not being honest.
