Indy and Laguna are obvious venues for a potential repeat win.

But it's not clear yet just how much Assen played to the Yamaha's strengths. The Honda's drive out of corners and that seamless shift gearbox are probably going to work well at chicane-heavy tracks like Mugello. And it's going to be harder when Dani's back up to speed too.

I do think Spies will win again at some point this year tho.

In some cases, when a riders wins their first race and in competetive circumstances too.
They get the taste, and the confidence for victory and how to lead/command or dominate a race!
I am very happy for Ben Spies winning on saturday and it is about time too. But he lead from first lap and motored off and no one could anything about it,
result may have been different had Lorenzo not been taken out?!

I reckon he'll have his best shots at Indy and Laguna with Stoner and Pedrosa likely his biggest competition (I think the honda is a better bike and these 2 tracks elbowz should have the legs on Lorenzo).
