Nice and quiet from the Simolovers today.

If you were proper racing fans you would be praising him for finishing, getting reasonable points and racing cleanly for once. Your usual predictions of him blitzing the field were wrong again, and you are all hiding.

I will say it for you, Good race Simoncelli, keep it up!

With Ben & Simo I think its clear to see who the better racer is. They are both about the same distance from getting alien status but I'll put my money on Spies every time to be the first one of them to make that step. Speed and racecraft trumps speed and reckless abandon every time.

They both still have some ground to make up and it was great to see Simo in a race finally and not impacting what happened up front so it was a good show finally

you're right, but from the last race on, he is loosing his advantage... and lorenzo is coming , you will see, when the heat is on, stoner will be second or crash...he can't manage with to much pressure, this circumstances will work for lorenzo... casey ist fast.. but not a fighter...

A very nice race from the top guys.

In my opinion the best race of the season so far.

This talk about the tire pressure be the blame of Stoner didn't win the races?!? it don't real believe that.

I think is more like, Stoner push hard in the beginning, use more tires, but he didn't make enough gap to win. It's not the first time that we see this happen to a rider.

That was a great race win by Lorenzo and fully deserved. He rode like a champion.
Well done to all the riders. Best race so far this year.
Rossi and ducati need a lot more from each other to be competitive this year.
Go vale !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe Dovi is finaly becoming alien too. He had some serious speed today, bit surprised really. Sure Stoner's problem made him look bit faster but still he was on pace with Lorenzo.

I also like the way yamaha are quietly getting on with the job, and without a main sponser.
They're upping there game and taking it to honda.
I think rossi was a mug to leave them.

Simoncelli finished the race and matched his best result of the year. Perhaps that is a clear indication of his current ability? When he tries to ride with the top three he doesn't finish. I would rather see him finish in 5th all season than not finish at all. If he sticks to racing within his ability then we may see him end up on the podium in a future race. Wishing and forcing himself into the the top three isn't how he is going to find success.
