Redding has started racing becasue Mr VDS went nuts after he struggle with fitness at mugello!

Marquez is fast but he's done more km's than any other rider. All about the $$$$$$$$$$$'s

Marquez is fast, but not as consistent as Bradl.

Bradl on the other hand, could be only second or third compared to Marquez when it comes to raw talent. But his consistency is four or five steps in front, and Moto2 rewards consistency rather than outright pace.

@ fastfisheye

You seem to be a bit of a fanboy mate. The only reason Marquez is fast is because of the money his team has (they are the richest in Moto2), the testing they put into the bike and the simple fact that there is no rider-bike weight limit which allows him to have a smaller combined weight than many of the other riders on the grid!!

Ought to be a bunch of MotoGP guys looking over their shoulders for these two next year. Bradl and Marquez both are showing that kind of speed. Not sure if Dovi is on firm enough ground to stay at HRC next season even though he has been outstanding this year in that third seat. Perhaps Aoyama gets ousted for Dovi at Gresini? Don't see Yamaha's lineup changing unless something major happened between now and the end of the year. Would be a pity to see either of these guys wind up on a satellite Ducati or even a factory one. Bautista is making the Suzuki look pretty good at the moment. Not sure how long they can remain in MotoGP. And the CRT's would be a death sentence for these two.

i'm not so sure about the 'marquez is fast due to the money' comments. i remember when he was 14 or so, in 125s before he had a good bike - it was win it or bin it. he had pace that betrayed the equipmet he was riding. that's why he has a good ride now, because his talent was recognised. personally i think marquez is very talented. he could mature into a GP world champion. Bradl as well, for sure, but i haven't seen Bradl demonstrate that racer's heart, like Marquez does.

I think Marc has done enough impressive things in these las two years to think that the boy is simply more talented than the vast majority of his rivals.

The first time he rode a moto2 bike in Jerez some months ago he made similar times to the 2010 pole, that is a damn good sample of his talent.
