I would seem Casey is a happy chappy, and why would'nt he be.
He's with a team that gives him respect unlike Ducati who offered JLo a small fortune when he was off ill.
Payback time.

@ Casey Stoner is a legend..
That is all.

Casey is on his way to becoming a legend, but he is not there yet.

Rossi is already a legend. He could retire tomorrow and raced a very fulfilling career. You cannot say the same about Stoner.

Casey, Jorge and Dani will all go down in history.

not quite sure what this story has to do with Rossi, but anything to get the old boy invoolved eh ?

Stoner performed to a potential so high on that Ducati, Rossi could only dream of doing it. But hey, enough about Rossi..

"As difficult as it is, I do not think consistency will win championships,” he said. “You have to be there and win races, take risks. I think that is what might decide the championship.

What about Nicky Hayden's championship, then? :)

yea 27.rossi even beat casey last year after time out with a broken leg. If he gets the title this year (which he should) that will be 2. Hardly the stuff of legend.!!! Good rider though.

'You have to be there and win races, take risks. I think that is what might decide the championship'
LOL...that quote couldn't be better coming off the back of his comments about not going to Japan because of the risk

Enough with the VR comparisons. Stoner is an awesome rider in his own right. So is JLo and pretty much half the pack this year. Stoner has nothing to prove to anyone but himself. They are all out for the top step of the podium every race.
That said, VR and JB did themselves no favours by dishing out the verbal abuse last year. Eating their words now!
Everyone can see plain as day the problems with the Duc. Stoner is the only one from 2007-2011 who could consistently win on it - the front end problems are hardly his fault. Riders are not engineers - they give feedback - thats all.
