I am always disappointed when dani crashes. He must have high's and low's (Mental and physical). When he is on his 'high' he leaves the field behind. but his lows are the problem. They cost him the championship last year and it probably bodes that he will never be a champion.

Liam48, the only person who coyuld have done better on Rossi's Ducati today is of course...Stoner. Yes he may have beaten the time of last year, but that means nothing as is just something from the past to Rossi fans to cling on too yet again hahaha! Rossi was further from the leader this year than Stoner was last year. But the results from a year ago mean very little. Heres another pointless figure for you, Stoner was over a minute quicker than Rossi's time on the honda in 2003. Do you get it now?

And who said that people will be changing their user names on here 'when' Rossi is supposedly getting wins and podiums next? Now they wont be hiding anywhere im sure, the Ducati SHOULD be getting wins and podiums like it has done consistently for the previous 4 years with Stoner....until Rossi and that magician JB got their mitts on it. Yes they have improved by Rossi's previous standards, but they are still a long way off Stoners standards. Thats what i find very ironic and rather hilariou

Funny how people call Pedrosa weak. Remember Stoner this time round last year ? People were calling him the same, turns out it was the bike, look at him now. It was only a damned crash for Pedrosa. Now he'd have preferred it happened in the practise rather than the race, but it happened anyway. He'll get over it, he's a damned fast rider.

Which clown said they find it funny when people say Hamilton is better than Schumacher? Hamilton IS better than Schumacher. Geeeez there is some deluded people out there. Schumacher WAS better than the people he was racing at the time. Just like Rossi WAS better than the people he was racing at the time, but not any more. Comparing the current riders on the moto gp grid, Rossi has 2 titles when racing against each other (VR/CS/DP/JL), but that is soon to be equalled after this season. Rossi WAS once a great, but compared to the other riders of today, he is not.

So please Rossi fans, stop living in the past and look at whats happening right now. You cannot measure past success to measure present success. Thats just absurd.

@HJC i guess you're i bitter Biaggi fan and most Rossi bashers are because he destroyed Biaggi...

Well if Casey was only a minute quicker than Rossi 2003 record doesn't that show how good that ride was from Rossi then and the likes of Gibernau too... after 8 years of development they should have gone over a minute quicker years ago...

Yes he was one second further behind the leader than Stoner was last year... that is a massive difference. After Alvaro crashed he didn't have to push as hard because Hayden was 10 secs down the feild, i stand by it, i don't think casey could have got more out that bike today, Rossi was pushing very hard.

Another bad show from Crutchlow.. When will this guy realise that he ain't gonna learn anything lying in the gravel !! and his arrogant comments while on the grid " we race motorcycles thats what happens" commenting on his off in qualifying. Edwards brings it home ok with front end issues but Crutchlow cannot. "this is a learning year" he says. so when the 1000 drops into the Tech 3 garage does that mean next year will not be a learning year ?? they will be playing catch up big time.. Sorry Cal but you will have wasted 2 years of a promising WSB career, just for the prestige of being a motogp crasher..... And JT is still the best modern time Brit !!

@Liam 48
Don't forget it is only due to Rossi's taking him out that you can't include Stoner in your consistent riders list. Try to be impartial when presenting your 'facts'.
