I would pay good money to see CS jump on the Rossi developed ducati GP11 or 11.1 or 11.112 and go head to head against Rossi at Phillip Island this year.

This would be a fantasy come true??

I would think he would get at least top 3 if not win it.

who would bet against it.

pity for Rossi, he is becoming a big joke in motogp hope they can sort it out at ducati, if not, true to the perception of motogp fans that he is a big fraud, but lets not forget that rossi is a motogp legend.

Pinky, sorry to have to burst your bubble dude. HRC tried to get rid of Dovi end of last year. They announced the Casey signing in mid year and said Dovi would go to a sattelite team. Dovi got out his contract and said " read this". The contract said Dovi was assured a place in he 2011 factory team provided he finished 2010 at 6th or higher. He did and so they were stuck with him for the year. HRC considered breaching his contract and paying him out but decided the bad publicity in Italy would hurt bike sales there. I heard this morning that HRC announced Dovi and Simmo would have to fit in the satelites somewhere and that the Repsol team for 2012 was Danni and Casey full stop thats all folks. I dont know if they will get factory bikes to ride, that was not spelled out but neither will be Repsol factory rides next year. I suspect HRC might want to detune the hairy missiles bike to make sure he does not get a chance to smash into Casey or Danny next year.

there is no point in disagreeing with me. I watched the HRC announcement this morning. Stoner and Pedrosa Repsol Team 2012. Dovi and Simo satelite teams or go elswhere. As to trying to get rid of Dovi last year that is a matter of record. Just what are you disagreeing about? Maybe you own Honda and you are going to change the descision?

Sorry but have to tell the facts Rossi had a gearbox problem yesterday did any one read his interveiw? Even he said he was not fast enough for the Honda/ yamaha but could have been up there for 6th or 7th. Ducati sacking Rossi ? Come on if they could they would sign him for life. The gp11.1/gp12 was already built at the beginning of 2010 and they still have not decided in witch direction they will go for the future but they will turn the duke into a winning machine. The ducati does not have the resources to build parts as fast as the japanese. Anyway if they could bring more testing back it would be better for all teams
