To all those who complain he followed another rider: So what?

He still had to ride the bloody thing! It's not as though he was gifted it.

To take that bike to 4th, whether following someone or not, takes a very good rider.

Let's hope Suzuki keep in MotoGP for next year and stay with Alvaro, and put John Hopkins into the mix too.

Let's have a look at the rest of his lap times. HMMMMM, not even close to his one lap tow. It's pretty obvious he does not have the pace to stay there. Even though, give him credit for finding a way to get his best qualifying position of the year. Good luck in the race.
Come on Suzuki, stay in Moto GP, Hopkins on one and Bautista on the other.

Oh look, it's my boy John again, slagging Bautista off at every chance he gets.
Seriously mate, I'd really like to know what your problem with the kid is, because you're acting like he's horribly wronged you personally in the past and you're still holding a grudge.
The boy is obviously talented, he's doing the best job he can with the material he has and he's evolved a lot since he came to the big class, carrying all the weight to develop a bike on his own and doing a great job at that, despite injury setbacks. And all this time he's got that big smile on his face, clearly loving what he does and being one of the nicest blokes in the paddock. So please, do explain to me what it is that you hate about him so much.

alvaro is a great young rider and its a great result.but a rider with his lackof experience should not be leading the team.
suzuki should man up and pay proper wages to a top rider (rossi could podium that bike most weeks ) and let alvaro develop without the pressure of leading the team.
best of luck to them tommorrow.but as a suzuki fan thats been severely disappointed with their lack of serious committment since the modern 4 stroke era began,im getting sick of their half hearted effort.
as someone who has spent a lot of money on gsxr,s after becoming a fan during the schwantz era,i wish they would nite the bullet and do it properly !
