CONGRATULATIONS CASEY STONER! 2011 WORLD CHAMPION AND A NEW NATIONAL TREASURE.
How anyone could say that race was boring amuses me. Stoner could have won by 30 seconds today he never even really had to push from lap two but when that rain came OOH MAN my heart went through my bum!
Happy Birthday Champ. True Australian grit, determination and will to win are what he is made of and I have never felt so patriotic in all of my life. To be at the Island this weekend watching what will probably be the greatest motorsport memory of my life... I am blessed.
Jorge, we are sorry. He was a great champion last year and i know he and Casey respect each other immensely. Lets hope these two battle it out for years to come. Dani, you best be off to Yamaha or Suzuki mate. Casey showed you how its done on the best bike with the best colours.

@paper champion

Before even challenge a championship, a rider must prove himself being capable of winning a race, even hayden actually win a race in 2006.

Congratulations Casey! You stuck it out on the Ducati for 4 heartstopping years to earn a factory honda ride. You could have failed to tame the Ducati and been wiped off the motogp grid. That would have been a terrible loss for the sport. Thanks for allways giving 100%. You are a true competitor and you have finally got the recognition you deserve.

Will Stoner be be able to do what Rossi did at honda and blitz the field for consecutive years?

who knows but its definately a possibility-he's light years ahead of his teammates, Lorenzo seems like the only obstacle next season.
