@rudy,

Your little crystal balls are somewhat cloudy, most Stoner fans predicted him winning this year as did all the other riders when he switched to Honda.

I predict him to win again next year as he only needs a decent bike....not the best bike.

Number 3 coming up...................

@sleepy

"did anyone notice no congrats for Stoner from Simo and Dovi "

I saw Simo shake Stoner's hand in parc ferme. On the podium after the spray, Dovi clinked bottles with Stoner, gave him a nod of "well done" along with a few words.

In 1998 I was at the Island to witness a AUSSIE, DOOHAN win the race and championship on a repsol honda I thought I would never see it happen again. To be there today was like being in a timewarp.
AUSSIE CASEY STONER ON A REPSOL HONDA WINS RACE AND CHAMPIONSHIP YOU F#*&N BEAUTY.

Congrats to HRC. Lucky fellow, Casey. It is honda putting everything to make the bike work fast. Since when we see Simo and Dovi up at the front in 2008-2010? Jorge is riding 2010 Yamaha, undeveloped. Ducati is a shame but was designed to suit Casey. Casey said Ducati is a winning machine but why leave to join Honda? Obviously, this is a year Honda is lucky, Come Valencia 1000cc test, we will see what lies ahead next year. Comon Yamaha, Ducati, Suzuki!

@AUSSIE66

I WAS THERE TOO BROTHER AND IT WAS ALL GOOD UNTIL DOOHAN DROPPED HER IN TURN 1. BUT TODAY WAS MAGNIFICENT AND THE ATMOSPHERE WAS ELECTRIC.

And put this one in your Diary. October 2016 Arthur Sissis will take his first WC at the Island too. Olah

...He even refused to interview and comment on lorenzos accident before the race....

Yeah, it was a self serving publicity exercise. He should have gathered up the media and headed off to the medical centre still wearing his helmet to give Jorge a pat on the back after the morning warm up. That's what a real genuine act of concern would have been.....

screwloose

@LCtanner

Clearly he is everything your not

CS is a champion - again!
He is Humble
He is respectful (he goesn't chase publicity, the fact that he went ans saw JL says more about him than not seeking publicity by talking to all the media. Anyone with half a brain would realise that medical treatment comes first, and when he was permitted - that was when he visited- I don't usually waste my time on responding to such crap.
And as for you claim he's never satisfied - He showed genuine elation, combined with humilty.

You just show disrespect and a genuine lack of manners. I honestly believe whoever you barrack for would be ashamed and want to disown you as a fan.
