Could you show me the part of the rules where this is written?. As far as I know, there was no precedent, and the kid paid his mistake by being sent to the back of the grid by race direction. Then he raced his **** off to get to the podium, and you can blame the rest of the riders for that, but not Marquez.

You've been already answered about the chassis affair, so I won't bother.

MM is no doubt a future Alien of the MotoGP class, but I think it is stretching it to suggest he is the next Rossi - he reminds me of Katoh and Pedrosa when they were in the smaller classes.
