Simoncelli leaves a big hole in motoGP & motor sport,im gutted & have thought of nothing else all day.My heart gos out to his family & friends,i only knew him from watching the races but i feel like i knew him.Rest in peace Marco Simoncelli.Derek of Stockport

Marco, you were an inspiration to so many to live their lives as you grew your hair...to the fullest! Your gift to the world was greater at age 24 than most men achieve in a lifetime. Rest in Peace...and see you down the road.

I have been a super brike fan for a long time and resently motogp Marco Simoncelli was one of the characters that drew me to follow motogp his full of life attitude and corrizma his genuine conection with the viewing public I was deeply shocked and left numb with the news of his horific accident and alterment passing my heart felt condolients goes out to his family and friends and all you other fans at our great loss RIP Marco I never new you but felt I did

Cant believe that happened. Sic, you were a world champion to be and brought a personality to MotoGP that hadnt been seen since Vale started. You and your competitive spirit will be sorely missed in the road racing world

Marco showed us what a family we all belong to, the motogp family. YouTube clips w 800,000 views in just a couple hours, Marco touched so many lives. Our family mourns your loss Marco, you will be missed.

Got up for work today wanting to think yesterday was a bad dream but its not.My love and thoughts
go to all marco's family & friends. I had meet Marco at the British Gp for the last 4 years what a lovley young man thanks for the time you gave to fans having pictures taken time after time and still manging to smile on everyone (the kind of guy he was). I will miss you very much you have been a joy to watch not only in Moto Gp but also in the 250 class. The only way for me to cope with this is to say he died doing what he loved. RIP in MARCO xx
