Until now, i still finds it hard to believe that Marco Simoncelli had died...

This is trully a massive blow to the sport and us as a racing from all around the globe..

We're gonna miss those terrific yet crazy riding style from Simo..

R.I.P Marco Simoncelli. May your soul accepted by His side.

Besides that, i trully feels for vale too. Accidentaly involved in his best pal accident which is causing his death. Be strong my fren.. This is accident, and there's nothing you can do bout that. Not your fault really..

The darkest day in MotoGP season 2011.. :(

What a sad and tragic loss of such an amazingly talented and charismatic MotoGP rider! Condolences to Simoncelli's family, friends and fellow riders. Rossi must be devastated though ... I wonder if Rossi would consider retirement after this tragic accident? I hope not though :?

Why his helmet was came off when his bike crashed?
Did he wear wrong size helmet?
I have questioned myself many times why most important protection gear on body comes off easily.
RIP Marco, rest in peace. God be with you.

It's clear in the video footage that the helmet came off because the retaining chinstrap was ripped from its mounting point by the extreme force of the impact.

This in no doubt would contribute to a severe neck/throat trauma.

Rossi's statement is yet to come. Might only guess that it will not be a conventional one.I subscribe however that he should not retire ! He should continue not only because he still have something to record in the races book, but he owes this to Marco ! I think Marco will be satisfied !
