cydewayz you have raised a fair point but I think the powers that be would not have allowed him to race at all if they had thought there would be a problem.
It just feels like a horrible freak turn of events

Marco, you meant so much to so many, not only a exceptional talented rider, your smile made me smile, you were destined to be World champion an amazing young man taken too soon. My prayers are with your family and friends and also special prayers go out to Colin and Vale, God will give you both the strength you need and the ability to cope with this terrible tragedy, knowing in your heart there was nothing you could have done to change this agonising heartbreak.
God Bless you all. R.I.P Marco #58

Sim was a breath of fresh air in Moto GP, not afraid to mix it up on track and off it with the top riders. Thoughts go out to him and his family, the pictures of his father devasted at his sons loss were hard to look at.
All i would say to Colin Edwards and Valentino Rosdi is dont blame yourselves, there was nothing you could have done and is just one of those tragic moments in life that only fate can control.
Rest in peace Marco, gone but never forgotten

In total shock. Had been waiting & watching all year anticipating Sic's first win. Terrible tragedy to lose someone so young with such obvious talent and wonderful charisma.

Stay strong Valentino, my thoughts are with you and Marco's family and friends

Chin up Vale, Sideshow Bob would definately want you to go on (and especially win if at all possible). Tragic accident which was plainly unavoidable. Rest easy Sic and live on amongst the stars....Sleep tight everyone, it's been a very long, very hard day.....

Truly gutted. Poor Vale has obviously just witnessed the worst year of his career and probably life. As for Marco...what can I say man...when I saw that heart broke. Of all the lowsides in the world...this one veered back into the racing line.

God bless you and your loved ones and your fans. Today im still sttunned and dazed. I come on here just to get consolation from you guys.
