I'm at work right now with tears in my eyes.

Parents truly worthy of having raised such an exceptional person as Marco.

Huge respect for all of you.
My thoughts are with you.

Touching very touching, the camera panned to his girlfriends face in garage straight after the accident, i cannot forget the look on her face..that to me was the saddest moment.
But as a rider like Marco i would prefer to go riding my bike than being hit by a bus.

Marco Simoncelli, a true inspirational rider.

Risks must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.

The person who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing, is nothing.

He may avoid suffering and sorrow,
But he cannot learn, feel, change, grow or live.

Chained by his servitude he is a slave who has forfeited all freedom.

Only a person who risks is free.

Simoncelli, Forever a legend RIP #58

No wonder Marco was such a lovely bloke! His family are exceptional. The words from his dad are remarkable and said with such pride at such a heartbreaking time. To have been with his son and held his hand - what can you say !!!
I have actually cried my eyes out loads of times and still keep doing it - and not bothered one bit either! My heart goes out to Marco's family, girlfriend and all his close friends!

I think his family and girlfriend are taking it brilliantly - no blaming, just a celebration of how Marco would do it. Whatever happens now, at least they will know that Marco was being true to himself.
