How on earth is RDP on a customer Ducati smashing VR46 on the $10million Ducati?

Seriously what is going on?

Ducati have a budget that NASA could sent the bike to the moon with!

RDP no world titles...Rossi 7 in MotoGP????

There is something wrong.

You would think Rossi in 6 position is good news and that he is getting closer. Well maybe he is but the gap between him and Stoner is still 1.6 seconds and thats much..

@ What's going on?

Easy - the Rossi hype has been exposed for what it always was this year.

I have said it before, and I'll say it again. If next year's Honda is a decent bike, I suspect that Stoner will be even MORE dominant next year as everyone else will be on the same page has he has been this year - arriving at every track with no useful set-up ref point. It is very easy to underestimate the disadvantage that Stoner has been at as a result of this.

Stoner has proven he can cope with that well enough to win a championship. We will see how the rest cope next year.

It could be that de Puniet is riding on a Ducati that hasn't been all hashed up like some other Ducati bikes this year and more closely matches the bike as it was introduced at the first of this year.

De Puniet needs a factory ride to prove himself.

I'm not a number one de Puniet fan, but he's good.

That said, you can coun't on it raining Sunday. See your forecast for Valencia. Rossi might get a podium out of this.
