I'm a Casey Fan but I felt so sorry for Ben. I honestly wanted him to do it. Fitting end...

Happy for Dovi as well. Why couldn't he race with that level of determination all season if he is capable of it now...

Casey gets a lot of stick (unfairly I think) but this just shows that winning is all he cares about.
Title wrapped up, treacherous conditions and he still risked it all for the win.
So what that he's not outgoing, flambuoyant and media friendly like some of the other riders, it takes all sorts and the guy's riding says it all really.
Amazing!

What was that about Stoner just being a front runner and not being able to duel? Also for all those that whined about him just riding off into the sunset and making the races boring, I'm sure you'll be big enough to apologize and say thank you for slowing down and making an exciting race.

I am an American and would really like to see an American win the WC again but if you really watch Stoner ride that bike and ignore all the off track B.S., you can't help but be a fan. Stoner rides on another level from everyone else.

Stupendous performance by the pair of them. I'm still trying to digest it. As Casey said,he goes for poles and wins, thats why he lines up on the grid.
Hell !!! Thats why they all line up.
I was all fingers crossed that Ben would snatch it.It didn't happen and I'm equally delighted that Casey did.
What a deserved boost for Ben though, heading into 2012 and 1000 after the rotten luck season he's endured. By Wednesday afternoon testing he may be feeling as chuffed as Casey did this time last year.
Just enjoying the moment. All the best y'all :)

Casey a fighting rider and never give up attitude but I do feel for Ben but none the less still he put in an impressive ride and he will only get better and wins will be plenty for him next year the alien club could have four riders include Mr Spies in that list.
