It will be interesting to see how dovi goes on the yamaha. He was kinda top 4 material on the honda. If he struggles to get top 10 then it proves the honda was the ultimate rocket ship.

Have yamaha found an sponsor for lorenzo YET! I mean the defending champion with all his world class talent and incredible skill, having a hard time finding a sponsor, sounds a little unreal to me.

Let see how much better he can do in the 2012 season. Last year he was a god, and this year is casey, i can't wait.

to bad for him....always nice to watch him race.
without casey he would be WC again.
now we have 2 riders who run the front.
Casey was a class act this year.
Next it will be jorge or casey again for the title.
Other rider could take some points but it will be those 2 for the crown!!

Richard I believe pinkie refers to the little finger? Lorenzo did not lose the tip of that finger...see bandage in the picture above left.

As for Cox that friggin idiot wound me up by joking the same day as Lorenzo's crash and damaged hand, that "he'd got his finger out". How idiotic to make jokes out of rider's falls and injuries. Lorenzo loses a bit of his finger and cannot race for the rest of the season...what a hoot eh lads?

When Marco crashed they didn't even seem to notice his helmet came off and were jadda jadda about the riders feeling the pressure of going out on to the grid for a second attempt at a race. A pressure they did NOT link to any thought about Marco's well being. In fact Parrish seemed down right indignant that the race was cancelled.

My enjoyment of MotoGP would go up dramatically if I didn't have to endure the absolute drivel that comes out of Charlie Cox's mouth.

six current riders have 990cc expirence and one is retired (Capirossi), and one could be off to wsbk or staying (Elias), that leaves Hayden, Pedrosa, Rossi and Stoner.
Spies and Lorenzo don't rule them out!
New era next season and i hope thing will be entertaining and interesting!
But Marco simoncelli will be sadly missed as He awesome to watch.
Bring back straight line speed, louder bikes and wrestle the machines through the corners!

Yes you are correct, they will be testing a new twin spar frame, rossi and burgess have got their demands met,the only trouble with that, is the bike will be called a Yamacati, also get well soon jorge.

@joe - Don't you mean Kobucati? If you want to go down that road then the rest should be called Kobondas, Kobamahas and Kobazukis as well because the Kobas 250 was the first to use an aluminium twin spar frame designed by the brilliant Spanish designer Antonio Cobas.
