I'm going for Dovi, beaten up, dislocated thumb, does make me wonder why he can't ride that hard more often though. Casey and Ben were both great...so was Hayes...Cal did well... so did Karel, they were all good.

My vote goes to Dovi.. He really screwed dani at his home race.. Fantastic performance. He had a clear strategy to beat dani. Thats why he didnt take the risk to catch Caesey and Ben. He has to beat dani and to show honda that he still worth a lot. And he done it!!

Capirossi and Pirro for me.

Capirex showed true respect by running #58 for the race with strong practice and qualifying compared to all the season but emotionally it was too much for him and he cruised his last couple of laps. Always my hero.

And Pirro for showing Gresini and Super Sic fans that he wrote the Valencia script without any spelling mistakes. I'm liking this fella.

Ciao ciao Marco.

Everyone was a star EXCEPT Bautista.

At the beginning of the warm up lap he rode soooo slowly like he was on a scooter. The other riders did well to avoid crashing into his bike. I was thinking, what is Bautista doing? He's not going to generate enough heat in the tyres for the start of the race.

Bautista simply lost control under braking into the first corner. Bautista took out NOT 1 rider, NOT 2 riders but THREE riders!

Worst of all Bautista then tried to BLAME another rider (Dovi) for the incident who was way AHEAD of Bautista for HIS crash. I guess from Bautista's perspective the red sea ought to part and make way for his shenanigans.

The Moto2 podium are my Valencia 1-2-3 in that order. Pirro obvious, Kallio because he has been dropped by Marc VDS and finally reminded us of his quality and Aegerter who overcame a raft of personal struggles after losing his friend, teammate and housemate, Shoya in 2010, to take a long overdue podium. In the top class Josh Hayes did a fantastic job with a fantastic attitude.
