@Ronny

"I think is becomming obvious with dovis times, is unless you are on a honda rocket your not near the front. He was close to the front on a honda now he is mid pack. "

Ronny, you do realise that Dovi is on a satellite Yamaha, not a factory Yamaha like Spies, right? The highest finishing Tech3 satellite Yamaha in the 2011 championship was 9th. Why would you expect Dovi to be anything other than mid-pack on the satellite Yamaha? You seem desperate to try to cast aspersions on anyone riding a Honda in the 2011 championship. You also seem to be ignoring that both Lorenzo and Spies were riding a machine with superior agility and handling leading to higher entry and mid-corner speeds relative to the Honda, thus making your 'analysis' even more one-eyed.

Additionally, how about we give Dovi more than one weather-interrupted test day on his new machine before judging him too harshly.

It's amusing that you want

It's amusing that you want to judge Dovi so harshly for being "mid-pack" and 2 tenths off his team-mate after one weather-interrupted test day. At last year's Valencia test, after two full dry days, Rossi was 15th fastest and 2.0 seconds (not tenths) off Stoner's time on a bike that Stoner had poled and finished second on 2 days earlier. If you want to make a big deal about someone's performance, even after 12 months, that performance is probably one worth banging on about.
