Thanks chaps - Pirro? well he is developing nicely I guess, and knows the circuits from 125 and Moto2.

I did wonder about Iannone - remember he turned down an offer from Pramac last year didnt he? Then again so did Pasini - in hindsight Pasini may have turned down his best chance of a Moto GP seat there and then, unless he wants to spend his own dosh on a CRT.

Dorna is switching ALL the cash they were throwing at the satellite teams and throwing it to the CRT efforts.

I say a year from now everybody is going to switch except the factories.

Ezpeleta is mad as he11.

I'm pleased its confirmed. Alvaro did a sterling job for Suzuki this year,in terms of riding and rider input for the engineering staff. He will be an asset for the Gresini outfit for sure. Team mate ? No doubt there will be one. Crazy Joe on sat spec kit is a safe bet and a smart one.ie: RC213V's equal for both.
Winds of change. Out with the old,in with the new.
Two factory Honda's,two factory Ducati's and two factory Yamaha's.
@Nick636 and Don-R ...agree.

"The misery finally ends"

I don't think he would have found being part of a team that was scrapping for the bottom end of the points up to being a regular top 10 finisher miserable. He should be proud of his efforts. If I remember rightly he was also the one who wanted nothing less than a factory ride, which is why he signed with Suzuki, so he knew exactly what he was in for. Nothing against AB though, he has proven to be a good team leader that provides good, usable technical feedback. I hope he does well on the Honda.
