Casey complained of rear wheel chatter which is either due to his particular setup or to the fact that he likes to steer with the rear more than Pedrosa. I suspect Casey will find his way back to the top of the time sheets by next season. We still don't know how fuel consumption rules will effect things over a full race distance.

@shamarone

define "regularly beating"......

i am not a fan of CRT at all.... but I think they are going to get faster, they have more potential to tune and with some frame help could surprise us... I hope so anyway.

BUT I am not wagering my $50 Zimbabwe Dollars till I know more...

"who is trying to work out where he is going to fit his 2011 World Champ trophy. If you just jam it in with the other 30 something winner trophies and the heaps of second and third place ones and the old WC trophy then you still have no room for next years. Oh well just have to get that pretty little minx Adriana to call an architect to design a new bigger trophy room. "

Errrr, you forgot the new garage to accomodate yet another BMW

No. No, he didnt. If he was such a nice guy to let his friends have some fun as well, he would have let Ben win the last race. I think that he is the kind of guy that wants to be on top of everything. And maybe he is not eating his heart out as some here suggested, but I bet that yesterday he was sitting in his pit thinking to himself: "How the f*** did he do that?!" :D
Im just joking.

The only thing that will tempt back full grids and good un-manipulated racing (by that I mean everyone has effectively the same bike like moto 2) will be if they go completely the opposite direction and relax all restrictions save 2 wheels, one rider, maybe 1000cc 4 stroke/650cc two stroke and do what you like with the rest. That would spark some engineering genius and give the class a good shot in the arm.

Being a Dani fan, I am happy he has topped the first test. I was afraid Casey will smoke him again on the 1000cc. But..but...Casey really showed every on the Honda how to ride it this year..so I still think that he will win the final battle in the Qatar test.

Go Dani.
