I think it's just a formality now. Germany is a big market for Honda, Dorna are desperate for a German rider in the series, and he's shown he's more than capable on the 800 already.

Not going to be much competition for Rookie of the Year in 2012 then...!

I think Stefan also comes with a big wedge of sponsorship money, something Luccio is always keen to exploit.........looks very 'Stoner-esque' on that photo!
Only doubt I would have is his mental toughness....he really crumbled mid-season when Marquez was relentlessly closing down his championship lead, to a point where he appeared to have admitted defeat in the championship even tho' he was still leading at the time.....

According to Speedweek Helmut states that his son will not join Moto-2 next season. On the other hand they told that he has not enough sponsors for a MotoGP ride. But maybe DORNA will open their pockets.
LCR must be delighted to see him go faster on his first attemp than Elias after several seasons in MotoGP.

DORNA have woken up and realised they cannot field an entire grid of overfunded, undertalented Spaniards.

Bradly is really good, whereas Marquez has a massive weight advantage and his team spent pretty much all the money Spain still has on a massive testing and development shove to try and build the marquez hype. The kid is good and smiles, unlike another spoilt Repsol rider, but it is good for the racing we did not see MM get bought the Championship.

agrees very stoner like pic!! good future for bradl needs to get into moto gp as soon as possible cant see any reason why marquez stay in moto2 they might as well give him the championship now which is ashame as it could make moto2 abit boring next year seeing marquez just dissapear into the distance.
some say bradl crumbled mid season with marquez on the charge but points win prize and bradl showed maturity and brought it home well deserved champion and as seen during many races when it comes to a fight he is willing to dish it out

Biggest disappointment of 2012 (aside from losing Simo of course)will be that the Bradl and Marquez battle will not continue into MotoGP. Marquez will be toying with the others in Moto2 all by himself next season.
