Why MotoGP only at Laguna Seca as all classes from 2012 will be 4 stroke so the Californian 2 stroke ban (or emission law) thing surely no longer applies and the rest of the MotoGP watching world shouldn't be denied just because the US like to mix AMA and MotoGP

As an American Motorcycle racing fanatic it still gripes me to see Laguna Seca with no Moto2 or Moto3 support class races. Now before the club racers get all up in arms about how racing in that venue on that weekend is a great opportunity for up and coming racers hear me out. A world championship round at this level is supposed to be about the best racers on the planet. The AMA is no longer the feeder series it was to Grand Prix racing back in the 80's. The modern day Schwantz's and Raineys of the world are now forced to look at WSBK or the two lesser MotoGP support classes to showcase their talents. They expect people to pay high dollar to go to LS to watch a spectacle and then have to

sit through all the AMA stuff is a bit of a bait and switch. Having seen the old 500's and 250's ripping around the Lagoon in the 80's I can say that it is a spectacle not to be missed. The DMG has made its bed, let them sleep in it and give us Moto2 and Moto3 please.

I don't know what others think - to me, the season starts way too late in the year. The first round should be end of February or early March and there should be 20 rounds! Just sayin'...

Can anybody explain why with such a big planet,
Spain has to have 3 races and Italy 2 races ,especially when both countries are going broke , and bear in mind i like Italy because is my country of birth .
But to me it does not make sense.
Can somebody tell me if it is politics or else?
