This won't make me popular, but I think people need to get some perspective on this.
The death of Marco Simoncelli was tragic, both from a humanitarian perspective and from a sporting one.
A 24 year old shouldn't be killed in sport, but it happens- and this risk is why people love the thrill of motorsport.

But who remembers the other fallen riders?
The men and women that have families & children.
Plenty of people are killed everyday and I think we should take a moment to remember them, rather than jump on the celebrity loving band wagon.
People are killed in war, crime, hate and all sorts of circumstances.
Let Marco rest in peace and move on to caring about people whilst they're still alive, rather than just bitching about why someone elses favourite rider is gay/moaning/miserable etc

I will miss you so much Marco, having been fortunate enough to shake your hand and have a few brief words with you.
Your riding was truly spectacular, I dont think I will ever get over that fateful day at Sepang.
The sport is truly worser now that you are not there.
I just pray for the fans that the Ducati and Yamaha team can close the gap , otherwise it will be a very boring repsol honda procession with not much else to write home about.

Rest in Peace Marco, and happy birthday from a fellow Aquarian.
