Im glad Mattia got the ride, he's had a rough time with teams and sponsors over the past couple of year.

Its a shame for Ant though, don't think he ever got the real opportunity to show his true level of talent.

Unfortunately, as Rossi proved, Rossi talent is not irrelevant in this sport. Look what happened when he jumped on a bike that was routinely up front with a superior rider.....

You're surprised that the CRTs are needing pay-riders to get going? I'm sure the difference between West and Pasini will be small.

Look at how well Abraham went too.

Regard to the guy who yesterday said Pasini won't go to Moto2 but he will fill West's place. Pasini wasn't too good in Moto2 (except a few races), but he has a very impressive record in 125 and 250.
As for West, I don't think he will fill the remaining seat at the Stop and Go team. He said he maybe won't race anymore.

It's getting far too confusing for me! Once over it was how you could ride a bike that got you a ride and you were paid to do so. Now it seems you have to pay a team to let you ride their bike for them , your talent beign somewhat irrelevant!! Look at Max Noycurchener (try spelling that!) who got a ride because of the money he was able to bring with him - didn't do a thing though! It isn't fair, but it's money that talks these days - unless you happen to be one the "aliens"!!

At this point I'm just happy Speed Master is not pulling the plug on their CRT project. We need the CRTs, no matter how much some dislike the idea of them. CRT is the future of the class, whether or not it will be viewed as the PREMIERE CLASS in the world, we'll have to wait & see. I think it's good/necessary a change, and that I hope Moto2 will adopt the same platform with more than 1 engine manufacturer.
