By the way, Stoner's titles came in years when his bike was miles ahead of the pack. From his Ducati which could make up no less than 10 bike lengths on any straight to the entire 800cc era refined Honda which had all 3 riders at the top end, even a continually under-performing Dovi, and an injured Pedrosa! No one is saying Stoner isn't good, but he is no Rossi. Stoner is the rider you buy the winter you already sorted your bike out! Rossi is the rider you buy to sort your whole F'n franchise out!

@'Dovi' Remember Dovizioso is still recovering from injury, as is Hayden. Spare a thought too for the feelings of Edwards and Rossi on their return to the track after last season's tragedy. It can't have been easy for either of them to put those events out of their minds when going through that corner again, especially Rossi as he was closer to Simoncelli, although as professionals they somehow manage to do so.

@alaywa

No debate from me about Rossis contribution to the sport we all love.
I just don't think he has class.

As for Casey winning only on the fastest bike, well it's not his fault that whichever bike he's on is the fastest now is it.

Have fun.

@Sparky62 I agree with you about class, what people dont realise is stoner is very shy.All these riders rossi, stoner, lorenzo, pedro,they have been riding bikes since 14 they never finished school with their mates, never had a job with workmates go out to clubs with mates and girlfriends.I would rather see stoner be natural I am not putting rossi down but everytime a camera is near he carries on like a 10 year old, because thats what his PR spin doctors tell him to do I feel sorry for him, they won't let him be himself yes they are great bike riders but they have never grown up all of them, and as long as the spin doctors can make a buck out of them they won't let them grow up.

@ Smiffy.....But Stoner has been racing against the goat and I believe is leading the challenge.
When you can beat the best there ever is/was, who needs world championships next to your name.
