These days most tyres contain very little or no natural rubber (Latex) . Theye are made almost exclusively from man-made materials.

These days the natural colour of a tyre is not black. Carbon Black is added to the component mix before calendering to achieve the finished Black colour. Black is the preferred colour as it is traditional and globally accepted and goes with almost any vehicle colour. There's far more to tyres than black and round.

am i the only who remember the first year of Ducati with Bridgestone,2005, and still think they suit much better with Michelin? Capirossi and Checa show it that year, Bridgestone always sucks, no suit nothing, and force to "2 kinds or surface, 2 kinds of compounds" destroy motogp (as other strange rules) because obey all factories to suit THOSE, just the opposite , and since then every bikes look like much between its

Sorry, but beleive me, i am not against only 1 brand tyres rule, simple my opinion is no offer different kind/varieties as happen in the past, is a crime, the bikes have to suit to them and there is no other option, this thing change the character of concept, if Bridfgestone would offer not only better tyres (as look likes its happenning yet) also much different kinds, thing would be some better, even if is only some
