The problem Rossi has is that by the time Ducati have sorted the bike out enough for him to be competitive,Honda and Yamaha will have forged ahead and moved the goal posts again.They will be constantly playing catch up with the Japanese manufacturers who will remain just that bit ahead of them.This is why i believe that Stoners championship victory for Ducati in 2007 will be the only one they win.Or at least for the foreseeable future.

Lots of Rossi fans saying he'll be racing at the front and winning again. What is this based on? How can he be at the front when he's .7 sec slower then 5-6 other riders? Explain this.

@McLarenP

u're typical blinded fanatic who keeps saying,in the name of more interesting racing,there must be close battle.But I fail to see the most of your comments ever promoting other riders barring your Idoll,Rossit.as if the others aint capable to bring us good show.don't you find it more n more interesting that the slow-in-old days riders get used to overtaking him come the race day?.for me that's what I watch MotoGP for.

McLarenP I agree that if Ducati and Rossi aren't competitive it will be another boring year especially if Yamaha is also unable to compete with Honda. While Lorenzo's comments are safe answers it would be nice to see more teams fighting for wins throughout the season more similarly to WSB. Let's hope that Rossi and Ducati can get back to being on the podium more often. But they have a lot more work to do to get there.
