Hector has been punching well below his weight the last few years. This is the kid that rode from last place to win over Casey, Dovi, Jorge in the 125s. Hope he finally realizes his promise.

Punching below your weight meant you're beating up on sombody smaller then you.

I think you meant punching above his weight.

We also use "punching above your weight" when your girlfriend is wayyyy hotter than your looks or wallet suggest you should be able to get....

Yes, he should be on a diet just to get maximum from his chances to become the best Ducatisti. He proves that Ducati-Rossi are blamed divided 50 percent it's the bike and it's the rider who can't act together.

Hector is usually able to rip off a few hot laps, but he rarely maintains that pace in a race. We'll see how he's doing when the season actually starts.
