To be honest Casey was pretty fast on the harder tire, I really hope hes got the race pace too match. That said, Honda really have done a sh***y job with their bike. Dani probably would be starting on the front row if he was still on the 800cc bike.

It wouldn't surprise me if putting on the soft tires gave Stoner even more chatter, and hence his times didn't improve that greatly with them. If i remember correctly he complained about something like that last year .

Stoner was one of the few voices in the paddock asking for the harder front tyre from Bridgestone pre-season. Which would make sense if the softer tyre increases Honda's chatter problem... I think Ducati have a similar issue? Which is why Hayden said the slippery conditions helped them on Thursday, more grip = more chatter..... Yamaha surely will win the constructors championship this year.
