Hi @Poddy, I think you've slight misunderstood what I mean't. I'm not trying to use Marco's tragic death as an excuse for Rossi's poor performance, apologies if that's what it sounded like. What I mean't was, the bike is obviously a dog, Rossi's once undoubted supreme talent is now in decline and his involvement in the accident might just be too much to overcome. I know Edwards was involved as well but I don't think he was as close to Marco as Rossi and so he may be able to close the door on it easier in relative terms.

LOL! Dorna destroying their PR star with their own rules changes. If reduce 10kg out the current minimum weight, Rossi may may still fighting for the win, Stoner might not get the arm pump and Lorenzo might not win the race like he deserved today.

More evident about the weight was clear in Moto3 class. Talented riders got hold up by difficulty of the extra weight not like the lighter 125cc they used to. 24th ranking rider like Louis Rossi finished in the top ten. That is a joke by Dorna and Co.

Hey Doctor Chocolate,i tell you what would really make for a comedic interview.
Go and get Rossi ad JB into the interview room and ask them to explain why the 80 second fix is taking just a tad longer than they figured!
And why he was beaten by Bradl the rookie in his first ever Motogp race. Now THAT would be really funny!

Hayden was the top Ducati, and deservedly so.
He was the highest placed finisher after the factory Hondas and Yamahas, perhaps the best he could hope for.
Rossi was only a few seconds behind.
Yes, Val is not setting the world on fire. But he is close to Nicky, who is a workd champion, and they are developing the bike.
I will wait for a few more results before I right him off, as some did shumacher before he began to beat rosberg and made the podium.

I'm a Stoner supporter, and the race was fine. At first I thought it was his rear tyre letting go of grip, but it turns out it was his arm pump affecting everything. Stoner was smiling so much because he knew that without the arm pump he would've walked it, not only did he pass Pedrosa and Lorenzo, he set the fastest lap by far. Nothing to worry about. :)

@greg46 Don't be ignorant. Spies is glad he isn't switching new crews this year like he has for the past 4 or so years because he doesn't want to have try to get to know and trust his team starting from scratch every year because that makes very hard to make progress. That doesn't mean they the team he has is good at setting up the bike which obviously they aren't. They suck. He's hoping they can progress faster now because he knows them from last season.

Yamaha should just give Spies a mirrored bike/settings as what Lorenzo runs and tell Spies to shut up and ride it cause Lorenzo is always in top 3 with his settings.

Spie's crew sucks harder than any of the other factory teams.

Fing idiot Houseworth get your Sht together man or jump a plane home.
