Presziosi (however you spell it) and other key designers/engineers should have been shown the door at the end of last year when they royally s-crewed up the bike (for years) and were going to make it worse with the continued monocoque design that was eventually scrapped. Rossi needs to step up his game and show the capability he has and push the team to accelerate the bike's improvement. It's totally unacceptable to have to wait a couple of months for parts, that's no way to compete when other teams will develop several options, test and have them ready in a couple of weeks or less.

Disagree that Rossi is going through the motions. While last season has no doubt affected his confidence especially with the bike he has changed the course of the bike to something he's more comforable with but changing direction and improving it takes time. I'm sure his desire to improve the bike and especially his results hasn't waived but he knows getting injured won't help. Once they get the bike to where he feels comfortable he'll start to push harder. Let's hope that happens soon.

His base includes an alloy twin spar frame,an immensely powerfull and precise L-4 Desmo mill and Bridgestone tires developed with his advisory circa 2008 or something. Glad he's got a base setting.
HO HO !!! The 90 degree angle is the last point of departure for Ducati, before he insists on a transverse/parrallel 4 designed by Masao Furasawa. Preziosi ? Why should he bother ? He's that good he could resurrect Moto Guzzi's fortunes with an L-4 tranverse (cross frame) GP mill and battle Aprilia in CRT. No mention of Nick ?
18 months with Ducati and nothing to show, but much to prove doctor Vale.
Hey,just don't take out the title contenders while you set your base up for a glorious race win :)
