'We have to stay alert because the pressure and desire to do well in front of the Spanish fans could take its toll' - Marc Marquez

Actually it was Marquez who said "We need to be 100% focused," so his pun. This is going to be one hell of a race now that Marquez has upped the ante, by showing an unamed number of other riders "how to push for victory." Bring it on!

I'm sorry, but I don't like Marc Marquez one bit!! Here we have a young rider with enormous talent, but I'm afraid his enormous ego is getting the better of him! After all the antics last year, Marquez was at it again in Quatar, shoving his way past not just Thomas Luthi, but some others along the way! This type of riding is not necessary and it needs to be stopped before we have another serious accident involving youngsters. Marc Marquez has all the skill and talent needed to be a champion, but for me his arrogance and coldness spoil it all completely!

OSVALDO +1 - Honda's "chosen one" is over-rated. Without the "extra help" he wouldn't be so successful. Can't wait to see the retribution from the countless riders that he's cheated his way past.

Good thing I'm not in Luthi's leathers, MM wouldn't finish.

Regarding Qatar. The Clark of the Course should have punished Marquez or Luthi, or both. This sport is dangerous enough without hotheads having scores to settle. MM should have been DQ'ed and banned for 3 races for dangerous premeditated riding (The move was quite deliberate to prevent TL from out dragging from the final corner) TL should have been fined (no loss of points or ban) for slapping MM on the warm down. Now the message from the officials is "ANYTHING GOES!"

Ahh... You Marquez haters better be prepared to eat a whole lot of sour grapes over the next ten years, because what we have here is the REAL GOAT! You also might want to get some waterproof keyboards for all the tears you'll be shedding as Marc wipes the floor with the competition. Somebody call the waaambulance...
