"WOW...nothing like kicking a man when he is down!!!
pitiful!! wether you like Rossi or not its always exciting to see him battleing with the top riders, and racing needs top riders fighting for the win....It gives the true fans what they pay for!!!!! get over the hate............."

That is exactly what MotoGp has always had and looks to have plenty of so far this year. The best riders fighting for the win. If Rossi doesn't belong in that club anymore he shouldn't be there. He decided to move to Ducati, he has had them change the bike evey other weekend and he is the problem with the bike. They changed one part and the bike went 2 seconds faster, from 13th to 3rd...the rider. Someone else is finally on the same spec and it is clear he just isn't putting in the effort.

If he has nothing to prove then he should retire. He is only exposing the mystique he worked so hard to create. MotoGp did fine last year with him being a nonfactor and will do better this year too. He

Here is Rossi's dilemma, if he stays like he is, he remains the GOAT on a bad bike who can win again one day and gets everybody's sympathy.

But, if he does ride his ar$e off, he is only good for 4th, and maybe even behind Haydn, and very quickly the enigma will be shattered, and he will become an also ran, the ex-GOAT.

What an sad situation to be in, knowing that your time has come and not being able to face up to it and take your medicine like a man.

I predict that he will not finish the year out, and that Ducati will not be in MotoGP next year.

That qualifying session was worth a race in itself.
Great going Spartan.Red leg up. Nick...what a revelation. Dani and Casey as expected. Good to see Ben get the feel for his GP boots again. Cal,really impressive.
Further afield,it looks like Rossi is going to go out with a bang just like he entered the GP scene with a bang. Not for him the steady rot that saw Capirex, Checa,Barros and a bunch of others fall prey to.
Oh yeah! Crikey Aprilia ! Give that IODA rider some horsepower FFS.

OK I give up....all of you are right about Rossi...He is finished and all washed up!!! lol..If he needs to retire so be it, but as of now he is a racer and a proven how about supporting the men that give us fans the excitement and the thrill of racing...Im sure he is more pssd off then you all, that he cant get to grips with the bike..and maybe he talked alot of crap...but they all do. By the way I am an American and a fan of Nicky and Ben,and a big fan of Ellison...good day mates

You hear about actors who can't go on stage, you also hear of other sportsman who can't play, for example dart players,in all seriousness I wonder whether Valentino does have some form of mental problem.
This is nothing to be ashamed of but I think he now owes it to his fans to face up to the prospect that it his him with the problem.
I am a vale fan but surely this cannot go on.
Anyhow good luck to Vale and all the other riders for tomorrow.
