All of you guys are probably right with all your comments! But what will happen with Moto GP if VR decide to quit and take a ride in WSB instead? Will it be like the Boxing circus when Mike Tyson left?Everyone just lost their interest for it and turned to something else?

One has to wonder if Rossi has lost his confidence in pushing the front end really hard after seeing one of his best friends die due to a lowside. Not to mention the fact that he was one of riders involved in the fatal accident. Must be hard to get that image out of your head every time you tip into a corner. Rossi may be the G.O.A.T. but he's still human & that must've been an extremely traumatic mental blow...

There won't be any peace in the Ducati camp until they
go back to the drawing board and build a narrow angle V4 (now that they belong to VW/Audi, who have deep pockets...)

Reading about Rossi's performance in practise I decided to watch qualifying. It was painful. I admit I watch MotoGP for Rossi mainly. The so called Aliens, especially Stoner, have the combined charisma (on and off the track) of a wet towel, although Jorge as the slight underdog is growing on me.
I have been following motorcycle racing since the dying days of MV Agusta in the early 70s and in the last 10 yars or so most of the exitement involved Valentino in some way and we can see how popular he is from the crashnet threads. I don't think Ducati and Rossi will sort out the technical problems this season either, so my hope is for rain (the great leveller), some exiting racing for todays race and hopefully a good result Valentino, who I am certain has a few more wins in him.
