I actually think he should part ways with Burgess, I think burgess is as perplexed by the Duc as Rossi and a fresh set of eyes and attitude might do them some good. I also think Rossi needs someone with a fresh perspective advising him ala "mate it is not entirely the bike". One thing about Stoner is I think the team he had around him were very good with the Duc in terms of setting it up, apart from his ability to ride it which is obvious.

Would say that the biggest mistake that Rossi and Duc made was letting Casey's team go, Christian and the boys would of given Rossi a good leg up at the start.

Instead they started from less than zero, and may never close the gap under this pressure

Toni Elias reincarnated as the lead Ducati rider, if you get my drift.

By the way, how is ole Tony doing in Moto2 these days? I thought so. Nowhere.

Oh come on people!! Its rossi, he wont and shouldent retire on the bottom. Thats not his way. Once he getts off the duke he will be back and fighting. He is still the greatest of all time. It's hard to watch I know! but he must really be feeling it. Cant wait to see him win again and he will eh.

.....Rossi won't retire from MotoGP till he wins a championship with Ducati.. He's in it for the long haul, IMO.....

Nah, his next WC will come on a CRT bike which will be 5kg lighter, carry 5 more litres of fuel, have an extra 200cc, no rpm limiter, unlimited engines and of course Bridgestone will have "CRT Spec" tyres.

Just the level playing field Uncle Carmelo will decide CRT needs....

Altria Group needs to sue him for lack of performance.

That said, if it rains I expect him to be in the top six, not that I think being in sixth place amounts to squat unless it's your first yr in MotoGP.
