Marquez was by the fastest though in the last part of the race, I think the championship is his to lose this year.

Great entertaining race anyway, as I was saying on another thread, I don't see why many are wishing for a dry race, some rainy races are just part of racing, rain is part of the world we live in and it can award the win to the best racer as much as a sunny day can, and they also often make for some great racing (and crashes are usually not so dangerous in the rain.. ).

Elias outperforming his teammate Terol (the winner of last years 125) and consistently doing better in the race than in qualifying - does that mean that the Aspar team has some serious mechanical issues? 2 top riders, give them some top material, damnit!

Some days you get lucky and this was Pol's day not to take anything away from a solid effort. We expect great things from Marquez but he had opened a little gap when the red flag came out. The stands were a sea of umbrellas.

what a great race.hopefully this will be a confidence boost for pol to get more consistent results at the front.

to allez aspar, elias was miles in front of terol, who was flattered by winning the last 125 world championship, aprilia decided to give te favoured spaniard a vastly superior package last year which gave a false impression of terols talent.he isnt in the same league as elias, and zarco ,whose bike was a mile slower last year, whupped him into oblivion again,on a bike that is classed as a bit out there in terms of how its put together.

But why now Lundh's bike is registered as a MZ-RE Honda, while in Qatar was MZ FTR, vice versa in Moto3 with Finsterbusch's bike? Moto2 bike is actually a FTR, while the Moto3 bike is developped by MZ... FIM and Dorna are a bit confusing...

Great to see Pol getting that win, but I had a feeling that the race was suspended by marshals to get the win for Marquez.... maybe I'm wrong but that is my feeling... And I agree with Ivor that Redding is driving like he's nuts... good to have him in the class, makes the race interesting, among other drivers.
