Hayden can qualify the thing in 3rd and run at the front in the race (even if only for a while). it's time for the Doctor to put up or shut up. maybe Ducati should hold back some of his wages so he has to actually get results to earn them...

It lost something when Sheene stopped, it lost something when Lucchinelli stopped, it lost something when Reggiani stopped, it lost something when Mamola stopped, it lost something when Schwantz stopped. VR46 winning races and doing his pre-planned celebrations (how boring is it when you know who's going to win and you're wondering what trick he'll do this week)isn't the be all and end all of racing.

yesterday i saw rossi having fun on top of a ducati, which is a very positive sign. he wont go down without a fight and if it means battling with hector then so be it. he had fun and at the end came up on top, not the top that he is expected to be at but still. ill stick with the positive signs and hope he will continue having fun on gp12.

according to most on here,if you're not winning
you are a P.O.S and should retire, the same thing is going to happen to JLo and Stoner one day,
he might not be winning, but im sure he is enjoying the challenge of trying to ride this bike to the limit SAFELY. whats the point of riding it flat out and crashing all the time, so people can say "hey at least he pushed hard" lets see you ride a bike to the limit and come flying off, see how it feels, or bettter yet see if you survive.

Rossi is still enjoying racing, its in his blood, its what he does, he will retire when he doesnt have that winning urge anymore.

As a fan, I'm not buying it! Signs point suspiciously towards the firm hand of his sponsors applying the letter of the law regarding his loyalties and obligations after last weeks outburst.
There was nothing positive about his qualifying or race results, so why the sudden change of attitude?
Unfortunately, I don't expect anything different in Estoril.

Yeah, who said they didnt have machinery advantages? Some kook said Ren and stimpy were the best ever...... Why? Because they can win on computers with an engine hanging off it?
