Stoner held it together for the win I though Lorenzo had him mid race but I was wrong and will eat the "pie" :-)

Lorenzo fastest lap the only rider to do a 1:36 so all is not lost nothing between the top 3.

Stoner does not look like he has the speed advantage he had last year thing will be close this year. Lorenzo did not have the best practice and qualyfing so it could be closer in the upcoming races.

The only thing missing from this race was an on track battle. I was on thecedge of my seat waiting for Lorenzo to make his move, but Stoner just had his measure today.

The funny thing about the boring comments is they are being made by the people who said the 800 class was boring. Now the 1000 class which was supposed to resurrect the close battle is boring........

Methinks the boredom stems from having to watch a certain Casey Stoner continue to rack up the wins.

One pass ? What were you doing the rest of the race then ! You must of been watching something completely different to me then. Maybe you should watch banger racing . And everyone complaing about it been racing . We all pretty much know before it starts what the race is going to be like . Maybe you would like to see Bernies idea about sprinklers and riders falling off at every corner. If they can't pass then that's how it is sometimes.

Luckily enough there are other championships much more entertaining than this one. After ten years my attention has to turn a different directions :)) But my friends, the ADAC GT MASTERS series, the DTM now with BMW the returnee or even the WORLD GT1 series is so much fun and the guys that stand regulartly on the rostrum are nice a fun to watch. So the MOTOGP after so many years unfortunatelly turns into my no. 4 or even lower at my watchlist.
