MotoGP » Valentino Rossi: I managed to have some fun

"I was able to approach the race knowing what to expect from the bike, and I therefore managed to push harder and get a little closer to the limit" - Valentino Rossi.

MotoGP - like life - is about having fun! Rossi could have retired with a hero's aura about him a couple of years ago, but I believe he really likes to race!

Stoner, Lorenzo and Pedrosa are really, very, very talented riders (just to name a few...). Rossi has the attitude thing... and with that, plus talent, focus and patience, all of that could bring Ducati around...

So maybe we'll be celebrating yet again Rossi victories, and if not, well, still be having fun watching MotoGP!

Vale certainly did see Casey's data when he jumped on the same Ducati for the first time at Valencia. he said himself that he was not willing to ride like Casey and push that hard. JB said Casey was saving at least 3 crashes per lap.

That is exactly what Casey and Jorge did today and every race, if Vale won't try then Vale won't win. He is holding back the results far more than any red bike he's been on because the riding has been elevated from what he's "comfortable" with.

Here he comes guys, watch your backs! I'll give it another 3 meetings and it doesn't matter how long it has taken him, how he does it or who's set up he develops to his own liking, HE'S COMING TO GET YOU!!

I agree, he was in touch with the winning group once and he fell down taking one of them out. It is a good idea to see if the red and yellow missle is coming. Of course that will take rain, snipers or a huge favor from Carmelo unless of course he decides to start trying.

I want to see Rossi fighting with the top 3. Whether it's on the Ducati or another bike is irrelevant to me. Good showing on the Ducati today, it's just unfortunate that 6th-ish is the best that the bike is good for.
