good result for Dovi, but if what Parrish said on the BBC cometary is correct he must be running a little frightened of Cal. apparently he has been and bought the latest Brembo brakes same as the factory squad himself and could only just keep him behind during the race.

Were is the satalite / factory support for Cal? Dovi going out and buying the latest Brembos does not sound good. Has he bought them with his own money or sorted out a deal?
Cal states beaten fair and square so perhaps the upgraded brakes make no difference at all to bike performance apart from a sticky label.Even so tech 3 / yamaha should back both riders with equal machinery. At present its only Lorenzo taking the fight to both Hondas.
I rate spies so dont go there ( AMA etc )Up graded brakes to both satalite riders does not provide them with a factory engine to challange the factory team.
Come on Yamaha sort it out.

Dovi sounded very sure of himself just over a week ago when he was talking about replacing Spies in the factory team. I don't know the details of his contract, but I do recall that the last Tech 3 rider to get any factory help was Spies himself, and that was only *after* he had agreed terms to ride for the factory team the following year.

It does make you wonder exactly what guarantees - if any - have been made to Dovi in advance.
