Laptimes mean nothing... No one ever rode there on a 1000, new surface, hot tarmac....
What is important is their telemetry... How is corner entry speed, mid corner speed, corner exit speed, accerleration, braking points.... All these individual data can be compared with previous gathered data... Also a comparison between the data of the two riders can be extremely usefull...
And maybe the last and most important piece of data, how do rossi and hayden feel the bike... They can immediatly say if it feel beter, working better or not...

They allready know if there is improvement... But i guess they won't keep us posted...

Competition is looking and reading a lot...

Please, not again. "like a cracked record" springs to mind. The thread is about whether the Duc has improved, not who's the better rider (yawn....)
