Im not sure if how many actually watch the race, but at the start of le mans, you will see randy highside and spies have a huge moment, watch spies closely and you will notice his helmet visor gets knocked on the front of the bike, as on starts your already tucked in with weight as far foward to help prevent wheelies. As the visor isnt exactly the most structural part of a helmet, my fair guess would say that it would no longer be water tight or wind resistant. Now im not sure howmany of you actually ride a bike, but the force of wind at 250km and above would cause a visor to suddenly open, if not sealed properly (its happened to me before at a much slower 180kp, and my helmet wasnt damaged. Now with a visor open, effectivly making an open faced helmet, and the rain that was present at lemans( extreemely tricky conditions. One could understand why he would pull in. he wasnt talking about a bit of fogging, try rain pounding into your face at 300kmh and wind being funelled into your eye

Ben give it up mate, Yamaha is doing their best to sink you just like they did with James Toseland. There are other bigger names to bring more sponsership money to the table besides ur mummsies. Make no mistake ol bean, you are being set up for failure.

Houseworth, Wood, and the others should have been fired a long time ago, but since they were not, we have now entered a new phase where Spies himself has his head on the chopping block. I honestly think that it is too late to fire his crew. The time has now come for Spies himself to go.

Bring in Crutch or Dovi immediately and demote Spies to the T3 squad, or just simply cut him loose. The performance of Spies is totally unacceptable for a factory ride, especially given his teammates success.

Always the next race is a turn around for him!!! What a sad waste of that M1!!! as I said before, There's one and only on reason that Spies is a M1 rider, and that is U.S market. Yamaha put him there only for marketing purposes, just like Hayden at Ducati!!!

If that's the case uncle, then Honda will be very interested in Ben, regardless of Kc retiring or not. I think I like the prospect
