"I will wait to see whether Marquez will be as good as you."

Posted by Soon forgotten but not for me -

Hahaha stoner fans will say anything just to make him something he never was and will be. Marquez is better than stoner, period. Marquez is already a world champion, unlike stoner who was a backmarker in his 125 and 250 days.

First post as I only found Crash today but
Can someone please name ALL the riders who won a WC in their first year on a factory bike.
In the office here I guy said Stoner did but I dont know.
Only new to Motogp and thought Stoner had never beaten Rossi in any race and only won the WC last year cuz his Honda was better than all the other bikes.

Was told that Rossi is the best and never beaten in a true race but lets others win to promote motogp, thats what I have been told.

Now dont bite me for asking as I am trying to learn.

What do think of the photo? ...pretty awesome eh?

If you go to a MotoGP race you can watch him(and only him) do that every second corner!

Go on...be brave and buy a ticket...the big scary guys in leather jackets won't hurt you..

@Like2know.i don't know if your being a goose or not , but if you "are" new to motogp and have the internet then you can answer all your own questions at the tip of your fingertips .
no one is going to bother answer all that.

They also like to change their tune when Rossi finishs on the podium...I mean come on Jorge won that race by the biggest margin so far this season and they call it exciting....what happened to the oh the race was so boring because there where no passes for the lead.....oh well guess it makes it easier to spot the non racing enthusiast.

empower i watch gp to see some of the best riders in the world race and stoner is the best at the moment and after he has raced i don,t care what he says or does its his life not ours . Can only think you are not a gp fan or need to drink a lot of concrete to harden up and stop sniffing in your hankie .And and grandfafa/slick everyone who does actually know anything about gp knows stoner uses the least traction control as it suits his riding style . And i also think rossi on a bike that suits him will again be at the front just the duc he can,t adapt to is all like a lot of other good riders

That's a gross exaggeration that other riders can't slide for speed and only for fun. That's what I mean about people putting too much emphasis on Stoner's sliding. Our national series' here in the U.S. have plenty of examples of fast cornering power slides, and these guys are not at the GP level. Most riders just don't ride that way, but that doesn't mean Stoner's style is "better" (or the others are inferior) just because he chooses to do so. Then again, I guess it's a matter of opinion. Opinion is not fact however.

Stoner please do not leave MotoGP. Your weird and fragile personality is needed for MotoGP future. No matter what the press says, please do not take it to harm you! Stoner is not the best entertainer or racer but his personality is rare and unique... see how many comments when Crash.net posts his topics??? lets count!
