@amakusa:

Well said, the best bike ridden by a second rate rider
is just a very expensive road block.

Welcome to J.A.S. The Jorge appreciation society, for posters who can appreciate a great rider when they see one.

There is no denying that JL has learned from VR and has used all those VR tricks to his advantage, the way he hounded DP without passing him was Rossiesque, he also doesn't care too much for qualifying as he knows he has the ability to do it on the sunday. Did anyone note that only one honda was on softs and DP was on the same tyres as CS, so no excuses for him. in fact CC had greater cornering sped than CS, Its just a shame he didn't get past him or CS would have been fifth. a note for CS send the bitch with the sprog home, shes a distraction, shes ended your career

@Sparkey:

yes it struck me too, Jorge's went to full throttle immediately, and Pedrosa's just rolled gradually to full throttle, i am sure Honda will be studying it closely, an trying to figure how it was achieved.

@Realist:

The telemetry was on BBC2 and if you go to
the BBC ( I )player you can replay the race and see, I don't think it was tires that caused it as they both seemed to accelerate at the same rate, maybe you could tell, would like your opinion as you seem very knowledgeable.
