Jorge Lorenzo has signed a new two-year deal to remain at Yamaha's Factory MotoGP team.

Smart move.

As long as the factory are going to continute providing the same level of support and commitment, JL should be in good shape for the duration of the contract.

The future of MotoGP is another issue in itself.

This is craze.

They must have thrown a bucket load of money at him or Honda really aren't prepared to blow the big bucks on riders at the moment with the craptastic economy and all, hence Stoner retiring early.

Where does this leave Rossi now?

Brilliant - I felt that Jorge would have cut his own throat rather than let Rossi go back to Yamaha. It would be good to see if 'NO ROSSI' is a clause in his contract. go get em Jorge!!!
