Now that just wouldn't be fair. Yamaha would be faster in circles and straight lines.

Spose Honda and their riders can keep blaming the tyres.lulz.lool.

Don't kid yourself. Both gibbers and max in their day would be a match for Jorge and stoner only diff being the bins now have half the skill level of the early 990s.

chances are he will get the engine performance he is asking for , and quick.
can't see the repsol boys having the same luxuries , because they need an entirely new frame built around these tires if they are to be able to ride at there best.

The YZR M1 ( originally developed by rossi and furasawa ) is a beautifully balanced bike. Put an extra 20bhp on it and that balance will shift and before you know it, it'll be eating tyres like the hondas. Lorenzo doesn't know this of course and will develop the bike into a pile untill rossi comes back and sorts the mess out.

For the last six years the Yamaha has without a doubt been the best bike on the MotoGp grid. Were it not for Casey Stoner wringing the necks of two lesser bikes Yamaha would have won every championship for the last six years (seven if Rossi had not thrown it away in Valencia in 2006)
