Delighted for Cal given all he's been through but delighted more so in that he didn't crash again. Could've happened. That he beat Rossi & Hayden both on factory bikes was something else. I'm slightly cross with the secrecy surrounding the guy (Cal) though, first it was a possible broken ankle, then just a sprain (after extensive hospital tests) then we see he has actually broken the ankle!!! Not the first time these strange stories come up. Goes without saying well done Cal!!! You showed 'em who's boss.

A brave and tenacious rid from Cal, not so much because of the 6th place but for the lap times he was turning when any painkillers would have long since worn off. I think this pic taken after the race says it all:

I said yesterday that there would be no namby pamby riding from Cal today and did he do me proud or what!
Dead last on the grid,buggered ankle,finishes 6th ahead of both the factory Dukes.Where are his detractors now?
Their silence is deafening!
