Amazing ride under the circumstances, hero of the day!
(Note to some handbag carrying footballers, this is how you take it on the chin and just get on with it)
Inspirational stuff Cal,surely a factory ride beckons?

This man is superhuman, surely a candidate for the 'Alien Club' but then what did you expect, he does come from god's city.
Take note Dorna, now that Valentino's slipping away from the limelight you have a new hero in the making.
BTW has anybody else noticed he's only got a race face,- even when he's relaxing in the pits or wherever, - true grit Brit.

Amazing performance by Cal today.

I just hope, hope and hope his success does let his confidence make him think he has a chance to turn around the Ducati results. He has already said he would take any factory ride next year... CAL, THIS WILL NOT FURTHER YOUR CAREER!!!. Don't do it pal. Even a 3rd year on a Tech 3 bike is FAR preferable to a Ducati, even on the factory team!!! Career suicide if you do (just ask any rider apart from CS)

EDIT by CRASH.NET! Crude comment removed. Keep it clean. Minors can access the site.

There was only one rider who could ride the red witch and he has already given them the only MotoGP trophy they will ever have.

I was there today and i sat straight in front of his pit box.

This guy on Todays performance alone, let alone in previous races deserves a Factory Yamaha Seat alongside Lorenzo last year.

The roar from the crowd everytime he came past on start finish straght towards end of race to pass nicky was as loud as the bikes themselves.

The reception this man got right in front of me as he got of his bike was 2nd to none...it was like he had won! And to top it off with a broken ankle and in pain finishing less than 5 seconds off factory fully fit spies who was 19 places in front of him....well i dont need to say anymore....great feeling being an english supporter of a english rider doing well in MotoGP at long last again!

Bravo Cal! Interestingly Ben Spies also had fractured ankle from his crash at Le Mans 2010 when he get podium in Silverstone on Tech3 Yamaha.
